Homer is a third-generation resident of Cazadero. He holds a Class A Contractors License, a Board of Forestry Timber Operator License and was a recipient of NOAA’s 2004 Environmental Hero Award. He also served 19 years as a trustee for the Montgomery School District in addition to his partnership responsibilities co-managing Bohan & Canelis General Engineering and Austin Creek Redi-Mix. Homer was a volunteer firefighter for the district and has served on the CSD board for several consecutive terms.
